Thursday Morning Outlook
The Florida Panthers are in town to face the Oilers tonight. Should be interesting to see how the Oilers play, especially coming off the huge emotional high of beating the Sharks on Sunday. A four day break isn't exactly the best thing that could have happened right after, but at least they have some time to think about all the things they did right. The top line of Penner, Horcoff, Hemsky has been red hot as of late, with 5 goals and 7 assists between the three of them in the last 3 games. Hopefully the top line can keep on clicking. Meanwhile the "not so" kid line is also a little hot themselves, as Schremp has 3 assists in 3 games, Pouliot has 2 goals, and Cogliano has 2 goals and 2 assists. The biggest question of the day, seems to be the same question, every game day. Who starts in goal? Roloson put in a heroic effort on Sunday, which most would think would earn him the nod, however the two games previous, Garon was also solid. Jeff Deslauriers hasnt given any reason to not start him either as he hasn't looked bad in a game yet. My choice? Start Roli, he earned it, and he seems to playing with a ton of heart lately so give it to him. Then trade away Garon. HA!
